GRAPHIC DESIGN PROGRAM
PROGRAM SUMMARY
Students learn in-demand skills that are applicable across multiple industries, while developing technical competencies in print, digital imaging, and website design using Adobe Creative Suite. Students create visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate. They craft digital interfaces, printed publications, marketing materials, advertising, packaging, and more.

• Completion of this program of study prepares students for entry-level employment in printing and design firms.
INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS
• Yavapai College’s Graphic Design Technician Certificate
CREDITS
• Yavapai College credits are earned after completing the semester with a passing grade (C or better).
• HS credits will be awarded at the end of each semester
• Students may earn up to 7 High School credits and 28 Yavapai College credits upon successful completion of the program.
